Clinical Supervision and Training

Clinical Supervision

Rebecca has  been serving as a clinical supervisor since 2018. She is an Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) approved provider for CAC classes since 2019. She can teach CAC classes online or in person. She is also a NAADAC Certified Clinical Supervision.  Her style of supervision is integrative, collaborative and didactic. Her supervision is comprised of three separate points of focus: intervention, conceptualization and personalization. As a supervisor she sees herself as an educator and consultant. She can help in areas such as professional development, case consultation, development of your theoretical orientation, support of your wisdom and knowledge, application of theory in practice, and an emphasize in practicing self-care. She truly enjoys the relational and collaborative work with supervisees and is honored to be a part of a clinician’s professional development.

She has a passion for providing individual clinical supervision for those working toward certification or licensure in Colorado as a Certified Addiction Technician (CAT), Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC).
